‘Public finance’ is a non-governmental organization which protects rights of private individuals and companies by initiating amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, other regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, National Bank of Ukraine and other central public authorities of Ukraine.

To ensure protection of rights of private individuals and companies Public Finance cooperates with central public authorities of Ukraine, law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, international financial and human rights organizations.

In case of violation of respective property rights Public Finance is open to assistance and co-operation requests from:

• private individuals and companies;
• non-governmental organizations involved in protection of property rights;
• collection agencies and institutions.
